Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of the clinic, including front office, lab and clinical teams. You will provide leadership, staff oversight, training and development, and manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role requires coordinating with management, ensuring compliance with governing standards, and driving process improvements while maintaining patient and staff satisfaction across multiple clinic

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year overseeing outpatient practice in a medical clinic; 3 years preferred with oncology knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with healthcare clinic policies and procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the clinic including front office, lab and clinical teams.
• Provide leadership, staff oversight, training and development.
• Manage payroll, overtime and scheduling workflows.
• Coordinate time-off requests and staff coverage.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing and vendor relationships.
• Conduct annual staff evaluations and handle corrective actions.
• Communicate clinic needs and reports to TN ONC leadership.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure cost containment, high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
