Job summary

Prestera Health Services is seeking a Clinic Manager to supervise clinic operations, front desk staff, and clinical support teams. You will coordinate schedules, ensure data integrity in the EHR, and support access and customer service across the outpatient site.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and organizational skills, with CPR and CPI training per policy. A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of front desk operations in a healthcare setting preferred.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR and CPI training as per agency policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinic front desk and staff to ensure duties are completed.
• Ensures staff schedules are up-to-date and adequately utilized.
• Maintains data integrity and safety inspections.
• Communicates with regulatory agencies and community partners.
• Monitors access and customer service quality.
• Manages supplies, timekeeping, and staff supervision.
