Job summary

Cahaba Medical Care Foundation is seeking an Office Manager to supervise the daily operations of patient services in a single clinic. You will coordinate front and clinical office tasks, manage staff, and address patient satisfaction initiatives under the supervision of the Medical Director.

The role requires strong communication, HR experience, and the ability to analyze data to improve clinic performance and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in healthcare administration/HR experience.
• Experience in a medical clinic/FQHC environment preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism with staff, vendors, partners and patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of patient services in a single office.
• Coordinate administrative operations with clinic staff.
• Manage patient concerns and satisfaction initiatives.
• Supervise nursing/medical assistant staff and support training.
• Monitor staff time/attendance and PTO approvals.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and medications are stocked and logged.
• Lead periodic clinical training and quality improvement activities.
• Support clinical workflow to meet disease management priorities.
