• Addresses patient complaints and resolves issues.
• Acts as liaison between purchasing and clinic operations.
• Collaborates with leadership on clinic improvements.
• Participates in employee hiring and training processes.
• Communicates information from leadership to clinic staff and ensures adherence to policies.
• Performs general duties as assigned.
