Job summary

Humana is seeking a Center Administrator to run a safe, reliable clinic and deliver high‑quality patient care. You will orchestrate front office, clinical teams and providers onsite, reporting to the Associate Operations Director and driving clinic rhythm.

You will lead daily flow management, safety oversight, people leadership, and administrative excellence while focusing on patient experience and financial stewardship. Preferred familiarity with Medicare rules and EMR systems supports success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care processes.
• Strong communication with patients and stakeholders.
• Ability to guide and support team members, manage priorities, and enforce standards.
• Use data to guide decisions and identify root causes of issues.
• Oversee financial performance and compliance within the center.

Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: lead morning huddles and real-time issue resolution.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: maintain 5S and vaccine cold-chain logs.
• People Leadership: conduct weekly one-to-ones and schedule management.
• Administrative Excellence: stabilize inbox aging, purchasing, and POS accuracy.
• Patient Experience: own service recovery and resolve concerns promptly.
