Job summary

Humana Inc. Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in planning and directing professional and support personnel delivering outpatient care in a clinical setting. You will use guidelines, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with management to ensure patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include staffing, daily oversight of associates, and ensuring consistent execution across the team. Strong bilingual English/Spanish skills and EMR/HIMs experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of operational leadership experience in a clinical office setting.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with physicians and office staff.
• Knowledge of Provider Communities Medicare knowledge.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Health Information Management (HIM) systems.
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Presentations in a business setting.
• A high level of engagement and emotional intelligence.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and daily operations for the care team.
• Provide feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.
• Execute staffing plans and oversee associates.
• Collaborate with management and specialists to select methods and analytical approaches.
