Job summary

CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group in Kentucky is seeking a Clinic Manager who will be a visionary leader, guiding nurses and aides to deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance, staffing effectiveness, and fiscal responsibility.

You will mentor and empower the clinical team, manage schedules and annual evaluations, partner with physicians, monitor patient satisfaction, and drive process improvements to achieve high-quality outcomes across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or business field; or 5 years of management/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to oversee budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a clinical team to prioritize patient care.
• Oversee patient satisfaction initiatives and report results.
• Manage staff schedules, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and disaster preparedness.
