Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work in a medical clinic or hospital setting.
• 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational and clinic performance for fee for service and value based care.
• Leads team, coordinates and inspires staff to achieve targets.
• Monitors KPIs, patient flow and front desk processes to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Ensures outstanding customer service for patients and internal customers.
• Collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and staff evaluations.
