You will manage budgets, establish efficient patient flow, collaborate with Marketing, and drive program development while maintaining compliance with federal and state billing rules.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring leadership, analytical ability and strong financial acumen to balance scorecards and improve patient

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and supervision of the practice using balanced scorecards.
• Schedule physicians and staff; manage leaves and staffing.
• Recommend and order supplies; prepare and submit annual budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Public Relations to enhance clinic image.
• Maintain patient flow efficiency and positive working relationships.
• Represent the facility to the business community and public.
• Plan new programs and market services; conduct periodic audits.
• Interview, hire, orient, develop, and evaluate employees.
