Concentra is seeking an experienced Medical Clinic Operations Manager in California to lead center operations and patient care. You will oversee staff, optimize patient flow, and partner with clinicians to enhance clinical outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and confidentiality handling (HIPAA & PHI).
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation, ensuring exceptional experience and staff accountability.
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians to drive outcomes and case closure.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership to ensure efficient support and patient experience.
• Monitor center status and provide wait-time communication and patient management.
• Prepare materials for Center Leadership Team meetings to improve quality and safety.
• Manage center initiatives, workflows, and alignment with business plan.
• Develop staff through recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management.
