Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha seeks a Clinic Operations Manager for Methodist Physicians Clinic - Elkhorn. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Two years of supervisory/leadership responsibilities, or four years with mentoring and decision-making responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the Director – Practice Operations to set performance goals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Supervise performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Implement company policies across clinics.
• Visit multiple clinic sites as needed.
• Liaise with referring physicians, patients, and families.
• Maintain high satisfaction among providers, staff, and leadership.
• Investigate patient or customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements.
