Job summary

You will hire, onboard, supervise staff; develop performance goals; monitor regulatory requirements and manage departmental budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, onboarding, evaluations, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical staff.
• Develop clinic performance goals with the Director of Practice Operations.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, safety, and regulatory standards.
