The position requires a Bachelor's degree relevant to healthcare administration and several years of supervisory experience, with a preference for BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Two years of supervisory/leadership experience or four years with broader responsibilities.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical staff.
• Develop clinic and staff performance goals with the Director – Practice Operations.
• Oversee onboarding and hiring processes for new staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accreditation standards.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of the clinic.
