Responsibilities

• Directs TotalCare clinic staff and operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Collaborates with clinical, medical and administrative teams to implement programs.
• Oversees scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintains confidentiality of financial, patient and staff records.
• Leads leadership meetings and mentoring to improve performance and culture.
• Handles customer service, patient complaints, and quality of care initiatives.
• Ensures daily operation activities across facilities are compliant and effective.
