Qualifications

• 3+ years running operations in an outpatient cash-pay, aesthetic, regenerative, or functional medicine practice.
• Owned a provider schedule with a fill-rate or utilization target, and can tell us the number you moved.
• Supervised 2+ staff, including scheduling and PTO.
• Managed inventory using par levels.
• Produced monthly KPI reports from source data.
• Wrote and maintained SOPs.
• Daily EHR experience (Cerbo preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own daily operation of the clinic and lead front-of-house team.
• Improve provider schedule fill rate and reduce empty days.
• Route new patients and book consultations into care pathways.
• Track lead sources and manage ambassador program operations.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and deliver on time.
• Oversee scheduling, PTO planning, and coverage.
• Maintain inventory at par levels and update SOPs.
• Coordinate calendar and travel logistics for the physician owner.
