Colorado Pain Care is hiring a Practice Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations, staff management, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This full-time role supports high-quality patient care across our Denver region clinics and reports to the leadership team.

You will lead staffing, onboarding, budgeting, performance improvement initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and external agencies to ensure efficient, compliant operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field.
• Previous healthcare management experience.
• Strong financial management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinic and facility operations.
• Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee performance.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and staff productivity.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Lead operational meetings and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, staff, and external agencies.
• Maintain professional facility standards and accurate personnel records.
