Colorado Kidney Care is seeking a full-time Medical Clinic Manager to lead the Lakewood and Thornton offices. The role oversees front and back office staff, coordinates scheduling, and ensures high-quality patient care and service while maintaining a cohesive, collaborative work environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of medical-facility management experience, proficiency with EHR systems, and strong budgeting and IT-troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a medical facility setting.
• Experience with an EHR system and provider/patient scheduling required.
• Advanced level of analytical and critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office team to meet practice goals and objectives.
• Cover staff when needed and train new staff on processes and software.
• Audit performance and provide regular feedback to staff.
• Hire, onboard, evaluate, and terminate staff with HR collaboration.
• Serve as primary IT liaison for clinic hardware/software issues.
• Maintain liaison between providers, management, and staff.
• Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and medical records using EHR.
