Job summary

Alpine Physician Partners is seeking a Clinic/Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations across one or more medical clinics in Colorado. You will manage front and back-office functions, drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain exceptional patient and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change in healthcare.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-office operations, HR, scheduling, billing, and procurement.
• Analyze financial data and manage budgets with Regional Operations Director.
• Ensure clinic profitability and high patient/employee engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Promote performance improvement across KPIs.
