Rise Regenerative Medicine is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead clinical operations in our integrative wellness clinic in Seattle. You will own scheduling, patient communications, billing, inventory, and EHR maintenance, ensuring seamless day-to-day performance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in medical administration roles.
• Experience with EHR platforms (Charm preferred).
• Proficient in processing labs and specimen shipments.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, patient comms, billing, inventory, and daily clinic ops.
• Maintain EHRs, handle invoicing, superbills, and payments via Charm and Vagaro.
• Track and ship lab samples with LabCorp and partners.
• Manage supplement and medical supply inventory.
• Run Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy program operations incl. patient rooming & scheduling.
• Provide daily operational support for two providers.
