Housing Works, Inc. seeks a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day health center operations, optimize patient care, and support training, scheduling, and front desk workflows.

This role focuses on reducing denials, ensuring compliant billing, and maintaining high customer service levels in person and by phone. You will supervise front desk staff, coordinate with the Clinic Director and Patient Care Coordinator, and ensure smooth administrative and quality assurance processes while

Qualifications

• Requires associate's degree or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, EHRs, and data management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and facilitate coverage for professional and accurate scheduling of patient appointments across all onsite operations.
• Assist Clinic Director with oversight of front desk staff and Intake Specialist.
• Monitor compliance with patient follow-up policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and client concessions.
• Oversee patient scanning and EMR document labeling; maintain a clean, functioning office space.
