Job summary

Arise Autism Center, LLC is seeking a Clinical Director to manage a Central Florida pediatric ABA clinic. You will lead staffing, scheduling, and client services while ensuring compliance and high team engagement.

The role combines operations leadership with a strong emphasis on metrics, budget, and family experience. You will collaborate with the Clinical Director on clinical direction, drive quick hiring cycles, and maintain full staffing to maximize billable hours and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a team in healthcare, ABA, childcare, or a multi-shift service business.
• Proven ability to recruit and hire quickly.
• Experience building schedules around coverage and utilization.
• Comfortable with numbers, metrics, and accountability.
• Strong communicator who's calm under pressure.
• Experience with ABA or CentralReach is a plus.
• Must pass a Level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: post roles online, schedule interviews, co-interview with Clinical Director, move from application to offer in under 7 days.
• Scheduling: build and maintain RBT/client schedules to maximize billable hours and reduce cancellations.
• Team: lead, coach, retain RBTs; run stay interviews and address performance issues early.
• Operations: keep the facility running, manage vendors and safety/compliance (OSHA, HIPAA), drills, and parent-ready daily.
• Metrics: own weekly Scorecard numbers and report in leadership meetings.
• Families: be the go-to for parent concerns and provide a great experience.
