Action Behavior Centers seeks an Operations Manager to lead a Pineville clinic's daily operations, focusing on team support, family engagement, and compliance. You will oversee budgets, safety, and performance, guiding a large, multi-site team toward exceptional clinical outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, or substantial people management experience.
• High EQ and strong communication with department leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to lead operations with a hands-on, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community Engagement: build strong connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Team Leadership: attract, engage & retain 25-50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Clinical Outcomes: partner with admissions, clinical director and leaders on operations quality.
