SkyCare ABA is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to independently lead daily clinic operations and partner with the leadership team. The role focuses on delivering an engaging therapy experience for students and families while building a trusted clinic brand.

You will oversee workflow, scheduling, intake coordination, and reporting. Strong customer service, office management, and CRM familiarity are essential. In-person work is required.

Qualifications

• Clinical office management experience is required.
• 2 years of clinic management experience preferred.
• Experience with ABA or healthcare admin is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinic operations and identifies process improvements.
• Manages clinic workflow, communications, and scheduling.
• Greets families and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Monitors staff schedules and patient access to keep wait times low.
• Prepares reports on billable percentages, cancellations, and staff turnover.
