Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations in Glenwood, NC. You will manage a large team, ensure clinical and operational excellence, and drive financial oversight across the location.

You will coordinate with admissions, clinical leadership, and department heads to optimize outcomes and ensure a supportive, compliant environment for families and clinicians alike.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• High EQ to work with kids and families.
• Strong communication with department leaders.
• Ability to lead multi-site operations across clinics.

• Track KPIs, budgets, and team performance monthly.
• Engage with families and guide onboarding.
• Lead and develop 25–50 teammates across clinics.
• Collaborate with Clinic Admissions, Clinical Director and dept. leaders on operations quality.
