BestCare is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the clinic front office and administrative staff. The role focuses on scheduling, check-in/out, enrollment, interpreter coordination, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will supervise staff, set performance targets, and partner with HR on hiring and coaching. The ideal candidate holds a business degree with 3+ years of administrative leadership experience, strong process discipline, and comfort with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field.
• Equivalent of Associate’s degree in Business + 2 years high-level admin experience.
• Minimum of three years of previous high-level business administrative experience.
• Minimum of two years of staff supervision/leadership experience.

• Direct supervision and support of administrative staff.
• Ensure accountability and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment, referrals, and EHR use.
• Develop workflows and reference materials to support staff.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring for the team.
• Manage time off, timecards and breaks.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for direct reports.
• Ensure compliant, efficient site operations.
