Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3-5 years of clinic or healthcare experience preferred.
• Active clinical certification/credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to clinical and front office staff during operations.
• Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and supplies are prepared.
• Step into operational roles to support clinic volume and staffing needs.
• Reinforce standardized workflows, processes, and expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Promote a positive, patient-centered environment.
• Serve as liaison between frontline staff and clinic leadership.
• Track metrics and coordinate staffing.
• Escalate operational or staff concerns as needed.
