Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree.
• Two years of experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and background check per hire.
• Exempt day shift; Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and monitors operations.
• Schedules staff and coordinates payroll/HR functions.
• Oversees all medical group operations including scheduling, patient service areas, and records.
• Acts as liaison between staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintains office policies and procedures per regulatory requirements.
• Manages facility maintenance, supplies, and equipment needs.
• Covers front/back office functions and may administer medications as needed.
• Navigates multiple computer programs to support efficient clinic workflow.
