Job summary

Banner Medical Group is seeking a Practice Supervisor to lead a busy clinic, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and a high level of patient care. You will supervise non-physician staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with physicians to maintain service quality.

A strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and adherence to policy is required. The role requires an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in a medical setting, with possible licensure or certification

Qualifications

• Requires at least an Associate’s Degree.
• Certification as Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or LPN may be required.
• Two years of experience in a physician's office or medical environment preferred.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required for certain Banner sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and monitors operational procedures.
• Schedules non-physician staff and directs workflow across offices.
• Oversees front and back office functions including reception, scheduling, and coding activities.
• Acts as liaison between staff and physicians to ensure quality patient care and service.
