Concentra in Mesa, AZ seeks a Center Operations Director to lead center support staff and manage daily operations, patient flow, and service quality.

You will partner with clinicians, drive performance metrics, ensure HIPAA compliance, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment to deliver outstanding care. This role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of leadership in healthcare operations, and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• At least three years of work leadership or operations management.
• Prior healthcare experience and/or customer service background preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage center support staff and daily operations.
