Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations and ensure accurate processing of payments and basic billing.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, staff meetings, and communication among staff, sites, and public.
• Train new hires and conduct performance reviews during introductory periods.
• Act as a liaison between clinic staff, nurses, providers, and administration/finance.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor provider scheduling, patient flow, and problem resolution with the team.
