Job summary

EPIC Health in Southfield, MI is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a busy primary care clinic. You will drive operational excellence, coach teams, optimize workflows, and ensure a best-in-class patient and employee experience.

You will balance patient care with financial performance, monitor KPIs, recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance while pursuing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience in a primary care, multi-specialty, or outpatient setting.
• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams; managing clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Proficiency with EHRs and data reporting to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy primary care practice.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing staff; conduct performance reviews.
