Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of healthcare experience, with at least one year in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and staffing to ensure quality, productivity, and patient access.
• Trains and supervises staff; conducts coaching and performance evaluations.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Collaborates with leadership to achieve operational and patient-care goals.
