Job summary

La Clinica is seeking a Medical Team Lead to supervise the Medical Health Center Team, manage scheduling templates in Epic, and ensure excellent patient care and operational flow. You will coordinate with center leaders and ensure compliance with service standards.

The role requires strong communication, coaching skills, and experience with EPIC/EHR systems in a community health setting. This is a full-time, on-site position at our wellness center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical/dental office.
• Medical supervisory experience.
• Experience in a Community Health Center.
• Experience in medical assisting, front desk, behavioral health, clinical services, or nursing.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision, coaching, development and performance of Medical Health Center Team.
• Manages Epic templates, day-to-day schedule changes and provider scheduling.
• Maintains provider schedules and on-call calendars with current templates.
• Provides high-quality patient service and professional communication.
• Deploys staff to meet operational center needs; coordinates with other site leads.
