Job summary

Legacy Health seeks a Clinic Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily clinic operations, supervise support staff and ensure smooth scheduling and EMR workflows. You will partner with physicians and other departments to advance clinic initiatives and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for implementing and supporting clinic initiatives that fulfill the strategic goals of LMG and Legacy Health.
• Direct supervision of all support staff and coordination of day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Provide coverage for manager in their absence.
• Facilitate communication and collaborate with staff, physicians and other providers, other Legacy departments, management, and customers in problem solving and project management.
