BrightView seeks a Center Director to lead daily operations of our addiction treatment facility in the United States. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, manage patient flow, and ensure quality care while collaborating with regional leadership.

You will implement BrightView’s playbook, maintain compliance, and build partnerships with community and quality teams to support patient recovery and organizational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in human services or clinic leadership; experience in addiction treatment is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead patient flow and clinic operations across the center.
• Execute BrightView’s clinic operations playbook and standards.
• Plan, lead, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Ensure a high-quality patient experience and issue resolution.
• Oversee site-level personnel across multiple disciplines.
• Support staff development and performance improvement plans.
• Foster community partnerships with BrightView Outreach.
• Coordinate with Quality department for compliance and processes.
• Fulfill Program Administrator role per State Administrative Code as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
• Oversee staff onboarding and ongoing training.
