Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations for a treatment facility, ensuring efficient patient flow and a superior patient experience. The role collaborates with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams to execute BrightView's clinic playbook.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in human services or BrightView clinic leadership, plus a Bachelor's degree. We offer growth, compliance, and a supportive work environment aligned with addiction medicine.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting.
• 2+ years' experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/ management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
• Executes on BrightView's operations playbook for the clinic.
• Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings.
• Ensures a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic.
• Identifies and facilitates resolution of issues and conflicts within the center.
• Effectively manages site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.
• Develops community partnerships with BrightView's Outreach teams.
• Collaborates with the Quality department and fulfills Program Administrator role as needed.
• Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
• Oversees new staff onboarding and training.
