BrightView is seeking a Center Director to oversee the Suffolk, VA treatment facility, guiding daily operations, patient flow, and cross-disciplinary collaboration among medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a clinic-based leadership role or human-services setting, a bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to build a team-centric environment, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead and execute BrightView’s clinic playbook.
• Plan and run regular team meetings.
• Ensure high-quality patient experience in the center.
• Manage site-level personnel across disciplines.
• Develop staff and establish performance expectations.
• Foster community partnerships with Outreach teams.
• Coordinate with Quality department and ensure compliance.
