Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Center Director to lead the addiction medicine clinic, streamline operations, and drive daily performance across clinical and support staff.

You will coordinate with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams, ensure a consistently excellent patient experience, and foster a collaborative, team-driven environment.

In partnership with regional leadership, you will develop staff, enforce policies, and build community links to support recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in human services or clinic leadership preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage patient flow.
• Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Experience with harm reduction a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and patient flow.
• Execute BrightView's clinic operations playbook.
• Plan and lead regular team meetings.
• Ensure high-quality patient experience and care delivery.
• Manage site-level personnel and development.
• Foster collaborations with Outreach and Quality teams.
• Fulfills Program Administrator role as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Onboard and train new staff.
