Job summary

BrightView seeks a Center Director to lead the addiction medicine clinic, overseeing daily operations and coordinating with medical, behavioral health, nursing, and operations teams. This role partners with regional leadership to ensure an exceptional patient experience and drive high performance across the center.

You will manage clinic operations, staff development, and community partnerships while maintaining compliance with state and federal healthcare requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in human services or clinic leadership.
• 2+ years in a clinic-based role with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, patient flow, and operations playbook execution.
• Plan, lead, and deliver regular team meetings.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the center.
• Manage site-level personnel across multiple disciplines.
• Foster staff development and performance improvement plans.
• Develop community partnerships with Outreach teams.
• Collaborate with Quality and fulfill Program Administrator duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
• Onboard and train new staff.
