Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, or clinic-based leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Lead clinic operations and patient flow to ensure smooth daily functions.
• Plan, lead, and deliver regular team meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
