Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Center Director to lead the clinic operations and drive excellent patient care within an addiction medicine setting. You will oversee patient flow, staff performance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a high standard of service.

In this role you will implement BrightView’s playbooks, coordinate with outreach and quality teams, and promote a compliant, patient-centered culture while guiding daily operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting, or clinic leadership with supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
• Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
• Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings.
• Ensures a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting.
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the center.
• Manages site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines.
• Cultivates staff development and sets clear performance expectations.
• Establishes staff performance improvement plans and retraining efforts.
• Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams.
• Coordinates with the Quality department and follows regulatory requirements.
