Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Center Director to oversee the Henderson clinic’s operations, providing leadership across clinical, nursing, and behavioral health teams, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to optimize patient flow, staff development, and compliance with healthcare regulations, fostering a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a human service-related field, preferably in addiction or clinic settings.
• Experience leading/management in a BrightView-like clinic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead and facilitate regular team meetings and staff development.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, and training.
• Develop community partnerships and collaborate with Quality department.
