Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience
• Healthcare experience or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and patient experience to ensure exceptional service
• Collaborate with clinicians to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case resolution
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflows to optimize patient flow and throughput
• Oversee staff competency, training, and development, promoting teamwork and quality outcomes
• Monitor key performance metrics (NPER, TAT, Net Revenue) and drive continuous improvement
