Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Center Administrator to run a safe, high-quality clinic and deliver an outstanding patient experience. You will orchestrate front-office, clinical teams, and providers onsite, reporting to the Associate Operations Director.

You will drive clinic rhythm, monitor real-time flow, and lead daily huddles to resolve bottlenecks, with a strong focus on safety, education, and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinic operations and patient care fundamentals.
• Ability to lead and coach clinical and front-office teams.
• Ability to use data to improve clinical quality and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Daily Flow Management: lead morning huddles and manage real-time escalations.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: perform 5S checks and vaccine logistics logs.
• People Leadership: conduct weekly one-to-ones and staffing sign-offs.
• Administrative Excellence: stabilize inbox aging, procurement, and POS collections.
• Patient Experience: own service recovery in real-time.
