Early Autism Services, a national ABA provider, seeks a Clinic Coordinator in Nampa, ID, for in-person operations support across clinics. You will coordinate schedules, assist with administrative tasks, and communicate with families and staff to ensure smooth care delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 2+ years in operations or coordination, and a background in healthcare or ABA is preferred. Competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in an operations or coordination role, ideally in healthcare/ABA.
• Knowledge of ABA or autism services is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordinating care across families.
• Maintain communications with parents, provide updates on services and questions.
• Support Operations Manager with records and business forecasting.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for sessions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized clinic environment and manage inventory.
• Participate in team meetings and report operational updates.
