Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking an Operations Director to lead clinic operations on-site. You will manage scheduling, budgets, facilities, intake growth opportunities, hiring and staff development, and marketing collaborations to meet monthly growth targets.

This full-time role requires collaboration with clinical staff to uphold quality standards and a positive work environment. The position emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and a strong commitment to client-centered ABA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Office manager experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background checks may be required by local regulations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent and able to work without supervision.
• Strong time management and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinic master schedules to maximize utilization and care quality.
• Oversee budgeting for supplies and facility maintenance; liaise with landlords and vendors.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead efforts to close gaps and meet operational goals.
• Oversee hiring, performance management and staff development with HR.
• Lead community outreach and marketing collaboration to meet growth targets.
• Serve as primary non-clinical contact for patients and families regarding scheduling and clinic management.
