You will work under supervision, may float to other clinics, and may advance to Senior Clinic Operations Rep or Team Lead. This PRN, non-benefits-eligible position offers exposure to multiple clinics and services.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience performing billing, patient registration, and scheduling.
• Experience with medical insurance verification and screening.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients using the department's scheduling system.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and update systems.
• Reschedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
• Greet patients and guardians courteously and professionally.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards and photo IDs and file documentation.
• Respond to patient portal work lists and messages.
