You will assist audiology and speech-language pathology teams, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help maintain EMR and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business management or related field and one year of experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
• High school diploma or equivalency plus three years of experience in healthcare or clinic operations.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for billing staff including billing, coding, and insurance claims processing.
• Verify hearing aid insurance benefits.
• Monitor healthcare regulations, coding guidelines, and insurance policies.
• Oversee provider credentialing with insurance networks.
• Maintain certifications and records for HIPAA compliance.
• Oversee EMR updates and reporting.
