Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Manager/Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist to lead clinical operations at our Columbus O&P clinics. You will supervise practitioners and staff, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality patient care.

You will coordinate financial and clinical goals, maintain quality programs, and guide referrals and revenue growth while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and billing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the ABC or BOC, or a degree with ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics/Orthotics.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• In states with licensure, ability to obtain and maintain licensure.
• Five years’ experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics providing direct patient care, preferred.
• Two to four years supervisory experience, preferred.
• Two to four years 3rd party billing experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Maintain quality assurance for patient satisfaction with services.
• Coordinate sales/marketing plans to grow referrals and revenue.
• Manage expenses and materials to meet budget projections.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulations are followed.
• Supervise practitioners, technicians, and staff to achieve goals.
• Provide direct patient care as appropriate.
