Job summary

Hanger Clinic in La Mesa, CA is seeking a Clinic Manager/Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO) to lead clinical operations and supervise staff in orthotics and prosthetics.

You will manage practice performance, ensure patient care quality, and drive referral growth while coordinating the lab and team. Certification and leadership experience are required; a strong clinical and billing background is valued.

Qualifications

• Current ABC/BOC certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics or eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics/orthotics or foreign equivalent.
• Five years of direct patient care in orthotics/prosthetics; supervisory experience 2–4 years preferred; 3rd party billing 2–4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales, revenue, cash and AR goals.
• Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop referrals and revenue opportunities.
• Provide direct patient care supervision and ensure accurate documentation.
